How can I acces the converted movies ?
Select "START" then "All Programs" then 3Gp Converter 2007, finally select the folder Converted files.
Another way is to go to c:\Program Files\3Gp Converter 2007\Converted files

I want to convert some movies that I have on the Pc and put the m on my phone.
First you need to know what video and audio codecs your phone supports, second the screen resolution. Select Import Video and choose the video you want to convert, select the video options and click on Convert to 3GP or Convert to 3G2.
The file will be saved in the "Converted Files" folder with the same name but the .3gp or .3g2 extension.

I want to convert some movies I made on my phone to AVI in order to watch them on any video player.
Yuo need to import the files from your phone to your Pc, then select Import Video from the main screen and import the file you want to convert, then select Convert to AVI , select the video and audio codecs you prefer and select Convert to Avi.
The file will be saved in the "Converted Files" folder with the same name but the .AVI extension.

I want to convert my videos to FLV ready to be uploaded to YouTube or other similar websites.
Select Import Video and choose the file you want to convert. Select Convert to AVI and then in the Video Codec options select FLV, choose your favourite screen resolution and MP3 as the Sound Codec.

Sometimes I convert a file, but the conversion lasts only a few seconds and the converted file is of 0K in size.
You have selected an incorrect video o sound codec for the relative input file and output file. Choose a different codec either for video or sound.

What should I do if I don't receive my registration information in two business day?
Please write to support@reganam.com enclosing your name and another email address. Sometimes we couldn't send the registration information to your original email address due to your Anti-SPAM system.

Where can I get a registered version of the software or how can I register the software using the website provided?
If you have installed our trial version, you do not need to download anything else. To register the software, click the Buy button on the main screen. Once we receive your order we will send you a licence key. Simply copy the key in the program folder.

The registration key doesn't work. Is the info case sensitive? Do I need the dashes? Are they zeros or capital "Ohs" ?
Just copy and paste the registration key inside the directory where you have installed the application.

I'm assuming that the full version will convert full videos and not only the first 3 minutes. Is this correct?
Yes. You will be able to convert videos of any lenght in the full version.
