When I run the program I get a "Please Install QuickTime" message. Why ?
Video Converter 2007 uses the QuickTime API to perform most of the conversions, you need to have QuickTime 6 or higher installed on your machine. You can download the Free version at www.apple.com/quicktime.

Do I need QuickTime Pro ?
No. Video Converted 2007 only needs the Free Version of QuickTime V.7 or higher installed.

When I try to convert my videos I get a "Corrupted File. Please Re-Install Video Converter 2007" message.
A program file is corrupted, re-install the application.

When I try to convert my videos I get a "Not a valid movie file" message.
The file you are attempting to convert is not compatible with Video Converter 2007.

What should I do if I don't receive my registration information in two business day ?
Please write to support@reganam.com enclosing your name and another email address. Sometimes we couldn't send the registration information to your original email address due to your Anti-SPAM system.

Where can I get a registered version of the software or how can I register the software using the website provided ?
If you have installed our trial version, you do not need to download anything else. To register the software, click the Buy button on the main screen. Once we receive your order we will send you a licence key. Simply copy the key in the program directory.

The registration key doesn't work. Is the info case sensitive? Do I need the dashes ? Are they zeros or capital "Ohs" ?
Just copy and paste the registration key inside the directory where you have installed the application.

I'm assuming that the full version will not superimpose the Converted with Demo Version logo on my converted files. Is this correct ?
Yes. The logo would not appear after you purchase it.

What are audio and video codecs ?
A video or audio Codec (COmpression/DECompression) is a software component allowing to encode data to be stored on a media (CD, DVD, etc...) and/ to decode it to be visualized or heard. There are also so-called "hard" codecs usually embedded to camcorders or digital video players or professional and semi-professional video cards for video editing and composing.
